Czarny Böhm (Black Böhm)
The Polish song 'Czarny Böhm' (Black Böhm) was written in 1942 and based on the melody of a Ukrainian folk song. Its subject is the commander of the crematorium in Sachsenhausen, who would boast constantly of the people he had burned.
